We take accuracy seriously, but CharityGuide.com.au is not the source of truth for any charity. The official source is the ACNC. Our content is provided "as-is", on a good-faith basis, and is not professional, financial or legal advice. Always verify on the ACNC charity register before making donation decisions.
Honest opinion
Where we publish opinions or commentary, those opinions are honestly held and based on the public data set out in or linked from the same page. We rely on the honest-opinion defence under the Defamation Act 2005 (as amended); the methodology page sets out the factual basis for every computed signal.
Complaints
If you believe content is inaccurate, defamatory or otherwise should be removed, please use the complaints page. We commit to acknowledging within 24 hours and substantively responding within 7 days.
Acceptable use
You may browse, link to and quote CharityGuide.com.au for non-commercial research and journalism with attribution. Bulk scraping, automated impersonation, and republishing computed scores as your own are not permitted. ACNC source data remains under CC BY 4.0.

To the extent permitted by law, CharityGuide.com.au accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.
